Our standard timeline is 3 weeks to complete a website but this depends on the project since the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input the client can provide during the beginning stages, client feedback, and how soon the content is provided – all affect the speed of completion. The functionality and revisions required will also play a role in the project's timeline.

No! We routinely work with clients all over the world and have developed effective processes to communicate by phone, email, text, and zoom meetings depending on the requirements of the project. 

Yes! We gladly let clients take control of their website to learn and manage the content. You will have full access to the backend of your new WordPress website upon migration to make simple text updates, photograph changes, and new products and pricing can easily be changed on your own. We also provide hourly tutorials upon completion of your website at $120 per hour if you are interested in learning how to navigate through the backend of your website to make updates independently.

We can gladly help maintain your website, or if you prefer you can of course do so yourself.. The choice is 100% up to you. We provide ongoing support for many of our clients but it is not mandatory and you will not be charged a monthly fee. You can contact us about your required updates and we will provide a quote based on your requests.

We can recommend hosting packages to you (SiteGround, Godaddy, and Bluehost) and we will complete the migration to your new hosting including in our website design package pricing but you will ultimately be responsible for the upkeep of the website hosting and domain. This will ensure that you will have full access to your website upon migration.

As much or as little as you would like! Your initial input and feedback are crucial to this website design and development process. We’ll start with some detailed questions about your needs, your likes, and your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality based on your requirements.  We also request you to provide sample websites before we begin your project. 

We can provide the content for your website from one of the team's copywriters at an additional cost but we do recommend that as you are the expert in your business we recommend that you provide all of the text content for your website.

No, the build of your website does not include monthly SEO. All items that we add to your website including text, photos, and video can be seen by Google but that does little for your rankings on Google.  We do, however, provide the best in industry monthly SEO services with our team of specialists who are ready to assist with your SEO needs!
